On October 5th, the annual Monarch Butterfly & Pollinator Festival took flight at Brackenridge Park in San Antonio, Texas, celebrating its 9th year with an incredible turnout. Organized by Blooming with Birdie and Project Bloom, this city-wide event highlighted the importance of monarchs and pollinators while promoting community engagement and education—all free of charge.

From the moment the gates opened at 9 AM, a wave of excitement filled the park. Attendees, young and old, lined up eagerly, ready to immerse themselves in a day dedicated to nature’s essential pollinators. The atmosphere was electric, with vendors, artists, and organizers buzzing with anticipation as they prepared for the festivities.
