On September 29th, Sweat San Antonio took an exciting turn, relocating from its usual downtown venue to the stunning backdrop of The Rock at La Cantera. This monthly fitness event, known for its vibrant atmosphere and community spirit, drew a record number of participants eager to sweat, smile, and connect.

Led by the energetic Chasity Morales from The Yard Gym, the morning kicked off at 10 AM with a high-energy workout designed to accommodate fitness enthusiasts of all levels.
