A FIELD OF DREAMS…UNEXPECTED
A DOWN LOOK: IT’S A PHOTO SERIES:
AN ARTICLE SERIES OF VISUALS FROM PHOTOGRAPHERS AROUND THE CITIES OF TEXAS.
FEATURED PHOTOGRAPHER: Carlos aka Charlie
Archived: Feb. 2017
A couple months back I felt so caught up on meeting deadlines that I lost my way when it came to the creative aspect. I decided to take a short break from photography to regather myself and focus on the vision and passion I had when I first started photography.
This set is a product of a new beginning, a milestone that’ll pave the way for something bigger.
Photoshoot: Cristina and I had been planning a sunset photo shoot for a while but plans and weather changed so it kept being pushed back. The day finally came around and the weather turned out to be gloomy and misty. Although there might’ve not have been a sunset, the fog and mood played very well with the scene.
Editing: I was set on a specific look for this shoot, yet it wasn’t settling in. I wanted something different. Something unexpected. I got tired of the cookie cutter photo-shoot and out came the field of red. A bold and passionate color.
